El compromiso con este programa es inherente a las esencias cient\u00ed\ufb01cas, humanistas y desarrolladoras que distinguen a las instituciones universitarias.<\/p><p>En nuestra \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1\ufb01ca, tambi\u00e9n estamos comprometidos con el Plan de Acci\u00f3n resultante de la Conferencia Regional de Educaci\u00f3n Superior de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, celebrada en el centenario de la hist\u00f3rica Reforma Universitaria de C\u00f3rdoba, en 2018 (CRES 2018); y con los temas de la III Conferencia Mundial de Educaci\u00f3n Superior que persigue fortalecer la contribuci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n superior a los ODS, a partir de nuevas concepciones, innovadoras, creativas y visionarias para garantizar el desarrollo sostenible para el planeta y la humanidad.<\/p><p>Estos horizontes globales y regionales refuerzan la importancia de defender la Educaci\u00f3n Superior como un bien p\u00fablico y social, un derecho humano y universal, as\u00ed como un deber de los Estados. Tenemos la responsabilidad de ser determinantes en el logro de las metas trazadas; integrando las esferas social, econ\u00f3mica, ambiental, cultural e institucional, contribuyendo a la reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza y las desigualdades.<\/p><p>En este escenario, las afectaciones provocadas por la COVID-19 han marcado un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la educaci\u00f3n universitaria, lo que impone en la etapa actual, insertar como eje de discusi\u00f3n el debate desde la academia al enfrentamiento a esta pandemia y ofrecer la oportunidad de enlazar criterios entre las ciencias y el cumplimiento de metas globales.<\/p><p>Conscientes de nuestra responsabilidad en ese futuro posible, el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Superior y las universidades cubanas, le invitan a participar en el 13mo. Congreso Internacional de Educaci\u00f3n Superior Universidad 2022, el cual se desarrollar\u00e1 en \u00a0La Habana, entre el 7 y el 11 de febrero de 2022, bajo el lema \u201cUniversidad e Innovaci\u00f3n, por un Desarrollo Sostenible e Inclusivo\u201d, que por primera vez se realizar\u00e1 en una modalidad h\u00edbrida, dando continuidad a la vocaci\u00f3n de estos eventos como espacios de encuentro, di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n de autoridades acad\u00e9micas, profesores y estudiantes, orientados a identificar el compromiso de las instituciones universitarias con su tiempo, lo que contribuir\u00e1 significativamente a la construcci\u00f3n colectiva y participativa de una hoja de ruta de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior para el 2030.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Actividades principales del Programa cient\u00edfico:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Foro \u201cEducaci\u00f3n Superior y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)\u201d<\/li><li>Foro de Ministros y Autoridades de Educaci\u00f3n Superior.<\/li><li>Foro \u201cPerspectivas sobre el futuro de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior hacia la Conferencia Mundial de la UNESCO\u201d.<\/li><li>Foro de concertaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de la III Conferencia Regional de Educaci\u00f3n Superior, CRES 2018<\/li><li>Foro \u201cEducaci\u00f3n superior y COVID-19\u201d.<\/li><li>Foro \u201cUniversidad y desarrollo local sostenible\u201d.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La presentaci\u00f3n de los trabajos se organizar\u00e1 en torno a siete simposios, en los que se agrupan los Talleres y Actividades especiales que tradicionalmente se han convocado en el Congreso Universidad:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Simposio 1. Vinculaci\u00f3n universidad \u2013 empresa: una visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para el desarrollo sostenible.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><ul><li>I Taller Internacional Universidad \u2013 Empresa.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>CURSOS PRECONGRESOS<\/strong><\/p><p>El comit\u00e9 organizador le ofrece la posibilidad de matricular en los cursos, con temas actuales y de inter\u00e9s, impartidos por prestigiosos profesores e investigadores de Cuba y de otros pa\u00edses. Estos se desarrollar\u00e1n del 17 enero al 4 febrero del 2022\u00a0mediante una plataforma de entorno virtual y otorgar\u00e1 un cr\u00e9dito acad\u00e9mico, la emisi\u00f3n de certificado y material bibliogr\u00e1fico.<\/p><p><strong>MODO DE PRESENTACI\u00d3N DE LOS TRABAJOS<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Presencial: <\/strong>Formato tradicional del congreso.<\/li><li><strong>Virtual: <\/strong>Se emplear\u00e1 en las sesiones plenarias, con una combinaci\u00f3n de sesiones sincr\u00f3nicas y asincr\u00f3nicas, que permita a los asistentes la participaci\u00f3n en tiempo real o a su propio ritmo, a partir de videos de no m\u00e1s de 5 minutos. De la misma manera, las ponencias estar\u00e1n disponibles para todos los participantes en el congreso. La alineaci\u00f3n de los p\u00e1rrafos es justificada y la extensi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de los trabajos es de 10 cuartillas (incluidos los anexos) seg\u00fan el siguiente formato:<\/p><ul><li>T\u00edtulo (en may\u00fascula y no m\u00e1s de 15 palabras).<\/li><li>Autor y coautores con sus correos electr\u00f3nicos (como norma los trabajos tendr\u00e1n un m\u00e1ximo de tres autores y por excepci\u00f3n se admitir\u00e1 un n\u00famero mayor).<\/li><li>Instituci\u00f3n y pa\u00eds por autores y coautores (si tiene cargos en la instituci\u00f3n lo debe aclarar, por ejemplo, si es jefe de Departamento, Decano, Vicerrector o Rector y si tiene grado cient\u00edfico de M\u00e1ster o Doctor).<\/li><li>Resumen del trabajo (extensi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 250 palabras).<\/li><li>Palabras claves.<\/li><li>Texto del trabajo (debe tener una introducci\u00f3n donde se precisen claramente los objetivos del trabajo, el desarrollo del trabajo agrupado en ep\u00edgrafes, las conclusiones, las referencias bibliogr\u00e1ficas y, adem\u00e1s, los anexos, donde aparecen las tablas y figuras).<\/li><li>Se emplear\u00e1 la norma APA 7ma edici\u00f3n para realizar los asentamientos bibliogr\u00e1ficos.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El t\u00edtulo, el resumen y las palabras claves estar\u00e1n en el mismo idioma que el trabajo.
